By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms.
1. Copyright and Usage
- The artist, booleanbug, reserves the right to use your commission in their portfolio as an example of their work. Your commission will never be used for commerical purposes outside of a demonstration of skill. All copyrights of characters belong to their respectful owners.
- The commissioner, you, may repost your commission and use it for personal use such as a banner, wallpaper, icon, or printing for no profit. Proper credit is required (e.g. Art by booleanbug).
- If you do not wish for me to publicly post your commission, you must say so before said commission is finished.
- If you wish to use your commission commercially, you will need to contact me to discuss the terms of such. These terms will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- NOTHING created by booleanbug may be used in blockchain-related technology, to include NFTS, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

2. Payment
- I only accept USD through Ko-fi or a payment processor (Stripe or Paypal) invoice.
- Payment must be paid in full before I will begin on your commission, unless a payment plan was agreed upon first.
- If you wish your commission to be completed within a time limit, then the deadline must be discussed with me prior to payment. If your deadline is within two weeks of the initial commission request, then a rush order fee of 25% of the original cost will be added.
3. Process
- You will be given access to a Trello that details the commission queue upon payment being fulfilled. This will allow you to see your place in the queue and what stage your commission is currently at.
- Your commission should be completed within a week to a month of being paid for. This is dependent on complexity and my own personal workload. I will notify you, the commissioner, of any delays that come up and offer refunds if need be.
- I will send WIPs of the sketch, lineart, and color stages. I will not move onto the next phase until I recieve feedback, to ensure satisfaction.
- Major changes past the sketch phase will incur a small fee. Major changes are defined as fullbody pose changes (e.g. changing a standing pose to a sitting pose) and major background changes (e.g. adding props or a tree, or removing said items).
- Minor changes can be requested at any stage of your commission. Minor changes are defined as expression changes (e.g. smiling to frowning) and small pose changes (e.g. moving an arm from being lowered to being raised).
- Fixes for missing markings, piercings, and other details provided in the initial commission request or given reference images are always free.
4. Refunds
- If the commissioner requires a refund on their piece for any reason, I offer partial refunds depending on progress in your commission:
Sketch: 75%
Lineart: 50%
Color and Shading: No refund
- Full refunds are only issued if I have not started on your commission.
- If I, for any reason, determine that I will not be able to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.
- Filing a chargeback without prior discussion will result in you being blacklisted and other artists being warned of your behavior.
